ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3 The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
1 CCTV will operate inside the premises.
2 Whenever a person looks or appears to be under the age of 21, they will be challenged for ID to prove that they are 18 years or older.
3 No alcohol will be consumed on the premises.
4 No alcohol will be served to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
5 Fire Extinguishers will be in place.
6 An adequate and appropriately supplied first aid box will be available on the premises.
7 The Fire Exit will be clearly marked and free of obstruction.
8 Procedures will be put in place to ensure customers purchasing alcohol are not purchasing for other persons under the age of 18.
9 The supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
