Additional Conditions

• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEX 2-  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  (1)              The capacity limit for the premises shall be 150.

   

  (2)              When there is a licensed bar, plastic glasses shall be used.

   

  (3)              When there is a licensed bar, proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.

   

  (4)              There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.

   

  (5)              There shall be an annual Fire Safety check by a qualified person.

   

  (6)              All fire exits shall be illuminated and kept unobstructed and shall be regularly checked and maintained.

   

  (7)              Doors and windows shall be closed when necessary.

   

  (8)              A notice must be displayed prominently at the main exit requesting customers to leave the premises quietly and to respect the needs of local residents.

   

  (9)              There shall be adult supervision at all events.
