ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The permitted hours for the sale by retail of alcohol in the area licensed for regulated entertainment shall end at midnight on any day on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight.
2 On any day that music and dancing ends between midnight and 2.00am, the permitted hours for the retail sale of alcohol in the area licensed for regulated entertainment shall end when the music and dancing ends.
3 In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, condition (2) shall have effect with the substitution of references to three o’ clock in the morning for references to two o’ clock in the morning (or one hour following the hour actually specified in the certificate where the certificate currently requires closure between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.).
4 Except on Sundays immediately before bank holidays, the permitted hours on Sundays shall extend until thirty minutes past midnight in the morning following (or, if an earlier hour is specified in the special hours certificate, that hour), except that:
(i) the permitted hours shall end at midnight on any Sunday on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight;
(ii) where music and dancing end between midnight on any Sunday and thirty minutes past midnight, the permitted hours on that Sunday shall end when the music and dancing end.
5 On Sundays immediately before bank holidays, the permitted hours shall extend until 2 a.m. in the morning following, except that:
(i) the permitted hours shall end at midnight on any Sunday on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight;
(ii) where music and dancing end between midnight on any Sunday and 2 a.m., the permitted hours on that Sunday shall end when the music and dancing end.
6 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of the club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before their admission.
(b) a bona fide guest of such a member.
7 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person.
8 There shall be rules of the club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority.
9 A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said club shall be kept on the premises.
10 No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
11 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
12 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
13 The sale of alcohol must be ancillary to the use of the premises for music and dancing and substantial refreshment.
14 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
15 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
