ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation.
2. The premises will liaise and co-cooperate with the Responsible Authorities.
3. The premises shall close to the public after 02:00 and will then operate solely as a delivery service until 05:00.
4. A CCTV system with recording equipment must be installed and maintained at the premises. All recordings used in conjunction with CCTV must:
i. Be of evidential quality in all lighting conditions;
ii. Indicate the correct time and date;
iii. Be retained for a period of 31 consecutive days.
5. An incident/accident book or electronic record must be kept to record all instances of disorder, damage to property and personal injury at the premises. Such records must be made available for inspection and copying by the Police and other officers of Responsible Authorities. Records are to be retained at the premises for at least 6 months.
6. The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the prevention of public safety objective. For example, the Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation.
7. The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the prevention of public nuisance objective. For example, Environmental Protection Act 1990.
8. Arrangements for the storage and disposal of refuse will not cause a nuisance.
9. The supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
