ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
3. All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available while the public are on the premises.
4. Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, available and clearly identifiable.
5. All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
6. All fire exits and means of escape shall be signed in accordance with BS5499.
7. There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting, electrical installation and gas appliances. A copy of which shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
8. Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
9. A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to or consumption of alcohol by persons under age.
10. Gaming machines to be installed in a position where they are visible from the bar servery.
11. When access to the venue is restricted to patrons of Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parcs, the staffing of door stewards will be at the discretion of the management.
12. When persons are attending the venue for private functions with an occupancy of less than 150 persons, door stewards will be at the discretion of the management.
13. Occupancy of 150 persons shall require two door stewards in attendance. One more door steward shall be required for every 75 extra persons, or there part of, to a maximum of five door stewards to be available on site.
14. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan(s).
15. Regulated entertainment and late night refreshement shall be confined to the area(s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan(s).
