ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 CCTV cameras are installed and working to the satisfaction of the police.
2 All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions will not be permitted.
3 All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
4 The premises may remain open for up to 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail of alcohol is permitted, as a ‘wind-down’ period.
5 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while the public is on the premises.
6 Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
7 All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
8 All fire exits and means of escape will be signed in accordance with BS5499.
9 There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire fighting equipement, emergency lighting, electical instalation and gas appliances. A copy of which will be kept at the premises and will be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
10 In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public will be fully operational.
11 Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
12 A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to of consumption of alcohol by persons under age.
13 Gaming machines shall be installed in a position where they are visible from the bar servery.
14 When access of the entertainment venue, Goodnight Inn and Harry's Bar, is restricted to residents of Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parcs, the staffing of door stewards will be at the discretion of the management.
15 When persons attending Goodnight Inn and Harry's Bar for private functions with an occupancy of less than 150 persons, door stewards will be at the discretion of the management.
16 Occupancy of 150 persons shall require two door stewards in attendance. One more door steward shall be required for every 75 extra persons, or there part of, to a maximum of five door stewards to be available on site.
17 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
18 Late night refreshment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
19 Regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
