ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
     by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

1                    Alcohol shall only be served to persons attending pre-booked functions, conferences and residents.

2                    CCTV shall be operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police.

3                    All drinks shall be served in toughened glasses.

4                    Parents shall be in attendance at any event at which children are present.

5                    Patrons shall be encouraged to leave the premises in an orderly fashion.

6                    Emergency lighting, electrical and heating installations shall be certificated annually by a suitably qualified person and shall be maintained in line with appropriate legislation.

7                    The sale by retail/supply of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area edged RED on the attached plan(s).
