ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 CCTV shall be operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police.
2 All drinks shall be served in toughened glasses.
3 Parents shall be in attendance at any event at which children are present.
4 Patrons shall be encouraged to leave the premises in an orderly fashion.
5 Emergency lighting, electrical and heating installations shall be certificated annually by a suitably qualified person and shall be maintained in line with appropriate legislation.
6 The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
7 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
8 Proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the Police and the Local Authority shall be in place.
9 All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
10 Free drinking water shall be made available at all times that the premises is open to the public.
11 An incident book shall be kept and all instances of public order shall be recorded.
12 When persons are attending events at the premises where the primary function is discos, live bands or similar events and the sale by retail of alcohol, registered door supervisors shall be employed, at a ratio of one to 75 persons attending. This shall not include private family parties such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc.
13 The sale by retail of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area edged RED on the attached plan(s).
