ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. All staff shall receive training on The Licensing Act 2003.
3. All glasses and bottles shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
4. All bar staff to have received training in fire prevention, building evacuation and health and safety.
5. Arrangements shall be made for all full time staff to be qualified first aiders.
6. An incident book shall be kept and details of all instances of disorder shall be recorded.
7. By May 2007, all drinks shall be dispensed in toughened vessels.
8. All fire doors shall be signed, unobstructed and shall be easily openable without a key, card or code and shall be available for egress while members of the public are on site.
9. The fire alarm shall be regularly maintained by a SSAIB approved company. All fire extinguishers shall be inspected and replaced, if necessary, on an annual basis.
10. All floor coverings shall be secured and maintained so that they do not ruck.
11. Free drinking water shall be available at all times.
12. Prominent and clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons respect the needs of local residents and to leave quietly.
13. Deliveries shall not take place between 2300 hrs and 0700 hrs. Bottle and noisy waste disposal shall not take place outside the premises between 2300 hrs and 0700 hrs.
14. A proof of age policy shall be in place.
15. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area(s) as highlighted in YELLOW on the attached plan(s).
16. The regulated entertainment will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan(s).
17. Late night refreshment will be confined to the area(s) outlined in GREEN on the attached plan(s).
