• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said Premises Supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3        Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

   

  4        Where the film classification is not specified or the relevant licensing authority has notified the premises licence holder under Section 20 (3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
   

  2        The licensable activities, with the exemption of the exhibition of films, shall only be provided after 2000 hrs to patrons attending pre-arranged yacht club functions and private parties booked through the Ilfracombe Yacht Club committee at least 10 days in advance.
   

  3        Such activities, with the exemption of the exhibition of films, shall only be permitted after 2000hrs for yacht club functions and private parties pre-booked on an Ilfracombe Yacht club booking contract form. The booking form relating to the event shall be available for inspection at the event by authorised enforcement officers.
   

  4        A copy of the current event booking contract form to be supplied to the Licensing Authority and the Devon & Cornwall Police Licensing Unit.
   

  5        The sale of alcohol shall only be permitted after 2000 hrs if a Personal Licence Holder is on duty at the premises.
   

  6        An incident log shall be maintained at the premises to record all incidents of disorder and anti-social behaviour.
   

  7        No drinking glasses and glass bottles shall be left out on the patio after the premises have closed.
   

  8        No persons shall be permitted to take open or unsealed containers of alcohol from the premises.
   

  9        The Challenge 21 under age protocol shall be adopted and implemented at the premises.
   

  10    A refusals log shall be used to record all age related sales refused.
   

  11    No performances of lap dancing, strip or nudity shall be permitted upon the premises at any time.
   

  12    Children shall be restricted from viewing age-restricted films classified according to the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification.
   

  13    No Amusement with Prizes machines shall be located within the premises.
   

  14    The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
   

  15    Regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
