ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 There shall be no new entry to the premises after 02:00 hours. Customers in a designated outside area within the demise of the premises or an area subject to a pavement licence shall be allowed to re-enter the premises after 02:00 hours.
2 An incident record shall be maintained at the premises and be available for inspection on request.
3 All inclusive drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
4 No persons under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises after 22:00 hours.
5 Suitable food and non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times children are allowed on the premises.
6 The premises licence holder shall operate a written Challenge 21 policy at all times.
7 No open vessels of alcoholic drinks shall be taken from the premises unless it is to a designated outside area within the demise of the premises or subject to a pavement licence. No open vessels of alcoholic drinks shall be taken from the premises after 18:00 hours.
8 On the occasions when door supervisors are required, they will ensure that the patrons are counted in and out of the premises by a system of hand held clickers. The number of patrons on the premises shall be provided to the police or Local Authority Enforcement Officers on request.
9 Unless agreed with the Police (and recorded in writing) on Sunday to Wednesday night when the premises are open for the sale of alcohol after 00:00 hours, there shall be a minimum of two door supervisors up to an occupancy of 200 customers, commencing at 21:00 hours until the close of business. Thereafter additional door supervisors shall be provided at a ratio of 1 to 75 occupancy. At all other times, the premises licence holder will risk assess the need for door supervisors and/or employ such door supervisors at such time and in such numbers as deemed necessary by the risk assessment and/or at any other times upon agreement with the Police. On a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, there shall be a minimum of two door supervisors employed at 21:00 hours and a further two at 22:00 hours to give a minimum of four until the close of business.
10 The premises licence holder shall adhere to JD Wetherspoon’s ‘Code of Conduct for Responsible Retailing’’, as amended from time to time.
11 The premises licence holder shall ensure that all staff at the premises have been trained in accordance with established JD Wetherspoon plc training procedures. Specifically the premises licence holder shall ensure that all employees are trained in their responsibilities to prevent alcohol being served to anybody who is under the legal age limit or to anyone who appears to be drunk or to anyone who is trying to purchase alcohol on their behalf.
12 The premises licence holder shall ensure that there are sufficient staffing levels including managers to encourage responsible behaviour on the premises at all times.
13 CCTV shall be installed in the premises in compliance with many reasonable requirements of the Police. Images shall be retained for a minimum of 30 days and shall be available to the Police upon request. Members of the management team shall be trained in the use of the system.
14 Non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, water, coffee and tea shall be available at all times sale by retail of alcohol is carried out at the premises.
15 The premises licence holder shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the DPS or a nominated member of staff shall be a member of the Pubwatch or a similar scheme where such a scheme is available. The DPS shall be encouraged to attend regular meetings of such a scheme.
16 The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as marked in PINK on the attached plan (s).
