• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

   

  2        Where the film classification is not specified or the relevant licensing authority has notified the premises licence holder under Section 20 (3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        On the occasions when alcoholic and soft drinks are sold to the public, plastic glasses are and will continue to be supplied.
   

  2        Capacity limits are set on the advice from the Fire Service and are adhered to.
   

  3        Trustees and/or committee members shall always be present at events open to the general public.
   

  4        Fire safety advice has been sought from the Fire Service and their recommendations implemented in respect to exit doors, unobstructed means of escape, fire extinguishers and signage.
   

  5        There shall be an annual inspection and servicing of gas boilers and gas heaters.
   

  6        An access and disabled people policy is in place and all recommendations of an independent assessment have been implemented including a purpose built toilet.
   

  7        First aid equipment shall be provided and Public Liability insurance shall be in place.
   

  8        No activities are allowed which might cause pollution by excessive noise, noxious smells or outside lights.
   

  9        Adult relatives and committee members  shall supervise activities where children watch or participate.
   

  10    Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
