• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        The CCTV system shall be maintained and in operation while open to the public.
   

  2        Access to the CCTV system shall be provided to the Police at their request.
   

  3        A notice shall be displayed advising the public that CCTV is in operation.
   

  4        The CCTV system shall be working to the satisfaction of the Police and the Local Authority.
   

  5        Food and drink containers shall be cardboard and plastic only.
   

  6        An incident book shall be kept and details of public disorder recorded.
   

  7        The public will not be allowed entry into the restaurant during the licensed period.
   

  8        There will be 3-5 attendants on duty during the licensed period.
   

  9        Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
